Function
The sole of human reflects the health of human body, which consists of numerous neural reactive spots. Through corresponding neural and vessel system, these neutral reactive spots impact relevant, apparatus and organism.

Through massage stimulation, the gel massages insoles to improve blood circulation and maintain better functions of the corresponding apparatus.
1. Keep the inside of your shoes clean, free from hard particles (such as gravel, sands, metal pieces etc), which might cut into the insoles causing possible leakage.
2. Use neutral washing agent or soap to clean the insoles gently.
3. Do not expose the insoles directly to sun.
Place the insoles in a good ventilation place to dry.
4. When cutting the insole to fit your shoe sizes, please do not cut close to the sealed edges of liquid chambers.
Please do not cut along the heel part of the insole.

Refund Policy
We recommend to use the product for minimum 8 weeks before applying for refund. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason than simply return used/unused product to our postal address and we will issue refund into your respective account less shipping cost. We DO NOT charge any Re-Stocking or Administration Fee and there is absolutely no hidden cost and deductions.
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Shipping
$10 are standard shipping charges to any destination either its local or international. Successful orders are processed and shipped in 2-3 business days. Order within Australia are shipped through Australian Post and normally delivered within 7 working days. International orders are shipped through DHL which could take from 6 to 14 working days to reach at final destination. You will be able to track your order at DHL website once we email tracking number. Please note that we are not responsible for any delay in relation to customs clearance.
Order Cancelation
You have right to cancel your order by contacting our sales department not later than 12 hours of order placement, we will issue a credit to your credit card account.
